Located north of Manila, this townhouse serves as a seasonal retreat for a family of four. Designed for month-long stays in their home province, the home prioritizes open-concept living and effortless entertaining.

The heart of the residence is a double-height living room, which flows seamlessly into a modern kitchen and bar. The kitchen features striking Nero Marquina marble, with "waterfall" edges that blend into the matching stone flooring. This open layout creates a casual, expansive environment for hosting friends and extended family. Tucked discreetly behind the staircase are a guest bedroom and a common-use bathroom.

The second floor houses two private retreats. The master suite occupies the front of the building, offering sweeping landscape views through expansive windows. It features a luxurious en-suite bathroom equipped with his-and-her sinks, a spa, and an enclosed shower. For versatility, this bathroom is accessible to the second bedroom via a private secondary door.
